In the Breaking the Chain quest from Master Gadrin, he mentions that Thrall has gone off to sea and Vol'jin is in the Echo Isles, "taking care of business." Humans have come out of Northwatch Hold, despite the peace treaty negotiated with Jaina Proudmoore, and are setting up a base near Sen'jin Village.
